I've recently bought a 2010 facelifted RRS HSE with phone prep etc. Phone works fine, but one thing irritates me. There doesn't seem to be any way of having quick access to frequently callede numbers. If I'm lucky they might be in the list of recently dialled or received numbers, but otherwise I have to search the whole phonebook by typing in the name letter by letter. Surely there is a quicker way? Am I missing something?

Don't think there's any way to 'favourite' them... however there is a way to get your favourite numbers to appear at the top of the list in the car...

There's probably similar ways to do this but I just prefixed my most often used numbers (in my phonebook) with 'A1-'. So that would be A1-James, A1-Gemma etc etc. That way it will list those numbers first and you can quickly scroll through a small list of favourite contacts rather than your entire phonebook.

Thanks - That thought had crossed my mind but I just couldn't believe there wasn't a more 'elegant' way of doing it.
