On Saturday my suspension went on my 2012 RRS so I called LR assist Sunday morning at 8.30 & they were at my house at 9.30 fixing the problem.A pipe had come off the air compressor so the technician pushed the pipe back on & advised I take it in to dealers (as the car is under warranty) 2 hours later LR assist called me & asked me to take it to Armstrong Massey in york for 3pm & their will be courtesy car waiting for me.Dealer called me yesterday to say they were going to fit a new compressor under warranty.I called them at 2pm today to find out how they were doing with car & they said they'll call me back in 5 minutes when they have spoke to technician,,2 hours later & no call so I called them only to be told they have only just taken car into workshop to diagnose problem & will call back in 10 minutes when they know more & guess what I'm still waiting for the call.I will never use these again,,when I have had warranty issues before I've taken it back to Guy Salmon in Wakefield & they have sorted problem out straight away.

Hence why when mine is due replacement in the spring I am highly unlikely to continue the LR experience. I've never, in over 40 years of buying new cars, ever experienced such a contempt for their customers that LR seems to pride itself in.

LR may well be revelling in its success at the moment but eventually what goes around will come around if they don't get to grips with the quality of service from their dealers

Last time I went to them to have seat movement fixed, they found no fault, I got back in car pulled away and felt the seat move, drove straight to Farnells in Leeds and they knew how to fix it, and did it whilst I waited, been using them ever since

I hope they get it sorted & don't give me it back & say their is nothing wrong as I'm going away at the weekend towing a twin axle caravan & the last thing I want is suspension failure,,I might just complain to LR assist if I don't get any sense out of them in the morning.
