Tried A-Plan today to quote for my RRS. However for a car over 50k they`re saying most of the insurers they require a tracker. However I`ve noticed on the standard app which is the freebie version you can report stolen car, and always see the location of your parked vehicle

I mentioned this to the insurer and he says that Land Rover secure is classed as a cat 6 tracker, but is this the free version or paid option?

Land Rover InControl Secure is a Thatcham Category 6 tracker. Swipe right to the last page of InControl Remote app (Settings) and tap on Subscriptions. Check if you have InControl Secure listed there and take a look at the expiry date. That will confirm whether you have it or not. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

"Free" option? for it to work you have to subscribe and the 1st 3 years are included in the cost of the car then you have to maintain the subscription to have the monitoring just like any other of the other tracker systems 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
