Tim, I can get the slow to respond message even when the car is outside on the drive with a full strength 4G signal!

^^^ +1. My car is always on the drive and the network signal is very strong around here. Still experience slowness pretty much all the time. I normally park in reverse i.e. the front facing the road but tried the other way round too in case the house is blocking the signal but it didn't make any difference Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

Yes, it is 3G only unfortunately. No trial sim in my car and the salesman told me I will have to buy my own. I have put a EE pay as you go sim for now. Seems good so far for playing videos, internet radio etc. but it hasn't been used out of town yet so don't know if it is any better than using the phone which normally struggles a bit on the motorway etc. Still, the ability to connect multiple devices to a single data connection is nice.
