Turned on for the first time this morning.

Ran through its cycle; get into the car to be greeted with the smell of exhaust fumes; it's as though a hosepipe has been attached to the exhaust and piped through the window

Questions - has this happened to anyone else? Is it because its not been used before?

I realise that the heater runs from the fuel supply, but jeeeeez it was unbearable getting into the motor this morning.

The first time it runs it does normally smoke a fair bit. Their was a TSB relating to this on the L405...thought they had cleared it up by now though!

Was the vehicle in a garage or outside? 5.0 Ltr Superchrged RRS2, Chile Red, Sideways out of junctions!

My last ffrr had one , smoke , it was like something out of a comedy sketch . Not all the time though , just when their was people watching .

It was in the driveway. Daughter came back in from her way to school to proclaim that the car was on fire as smoke was coming from underneath!!

It was like being in a 1980s disco!!!!

Its back in the dealers in the morning for the squealing brakes.....again; I have mentioned the smoke machine in the car. Will see what they say...
