2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black
Gremlins....

Interesting week of gremlins....anyone else ever had this??

Satnav totally played up for a few days, sometimes working fine sometimes freezing (thanks Bodsey for the advice, healed its self!)

One evening the drivers side headlight wouldn't self level or dance, just pointed south.

Warning came on once that the coolant was low - checked and fine

Parked up and the suspension roll light came on, said programmes off and refused to raise or lower, then the power steering seemed to have failed!

Parked up and went to work, all seems totally fine now, no warnings and no satnav problems. Just felt like the car was having a bad week and wanted to make me start thinking about a huge bill!!

The battery is a new AGM one so that shouldn't be the problem either. Strange set of events, anyone else ever had similar and did it come back??!! TDV8 Java Black, Overfinch 22s

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 Autobiography Orkney Grey

Hmm - sound a little like mine...

Its going for a service on the 1st at Stratstone so I may point these out...

1. Passenger Mirror dips then doesnt come back up after reverse parking.
2. Nearside read window - one touch up, then drops down like something got in the way.
3. Whole media/satnav locks up - having read about this only way to clear the fault is to leave car off for 20-30 mins.
4. Coolant warning light came on - no fault though
5. Pad wear indicator - looked at Pads they were worn.. grrr
6. Rear tailgate sometime wont open - try 8-9-10 times then it just opens!
7. Front passenger seat squeaky - very annoying!
8. Uneven tyre wear on rear axle - took it for alignment and it was very bad - had to replace both rear tyres.

Having come from an Audi - never had any issues like these so am not entirely impressed apart from pad wear Smile

Do you think all these are covered under warranty??

Cheers
Tone
