The reason these options are grouped together is that they share common hardware - a forward facing camera for speed limit detection and lane departure and proximity sensors for the various parking functions.
Once that hardware capability is in place, it's down to software to make use of it so while there's a real cost of developing the software which is factored in to the option price, the marginal cost of supplying it is close to zero. If speed sign recognition and lane departure were separated out, the pricing of each would have to cover the cost of the camera so the pricing for both would be little more than the price for one. So if you were able to order speed sign recognition but not lane departure, the cost would not be significantly less compared to the price for both.
The other interesting one is the door mirrors which can have a camera, wade sensor, blind spot display, auto-dimming and the options are tiered, presumably to limit the number of mirror variants they have to produce. When I looked at a parts list, there were at least 20 variants each side, taking account of different country requirements as well. Mark
