Fifth Gear - Audi S6

One for xxxangelxxx

On the show tonight ( crap as always ) they took the new S6 to its legal max 155mph down the autobahns in Germany. Must say looked very nice and was shocked when they mentioned only 250 will be coming to Britain ?

Need to check this out - I'm booked in for a test drive when it lands at my local dealer.

I missed it last night! I've got a freeview, not Sky and don't know how tp program in new channels. For some reason, we're without Ch5 which normally isn't too much of an issue but I do miss CSI, absolute quality programme. Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award

Freeview is so easy ST ............ I usually leave the setting up/programming to MDP jnr ......... he's only 7

The Audi might have been a disappointment but the Alvis Hagglunds BV206 tested on the same page as the F2 article sounds like a fun machine! And only £8500 2nd hand after the army has finished with it! Not for me Tim ...........

a. it can hold upto 17 people [ i'd have the entire rugby team wanting lifts ] or collared for the school run

b. it's top speed is only 31mph

c. it wont fit in the garage
