Yep it's been making the news here for the past couple of days. Really tragic consequences with one dead and the other in a critical condition . I hope she pulls through and makes a full recovery

It appears that if you see anything, phone 999 not the "non-emergency" number. If this had gone through the 999 system it would have probably been investigated. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Just shows non-emergency means non-response.
