This seems to be a common problem with early RRS & D3 where the keys making up the keypad on the radio console break. LR do not supply individual keys - and pretty much the only option is to replace the whole fascia panel.

Have you tried any of the 4x4 specialist car breakers to see if they are breaking any D3's or early RRS's? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
