RRS 3.6 TDV8 2007 Lower intercooler

Hi all,

it seems that lower (not upper blue one) intercooler tube is making sound.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/1phsod3xzacdf9f/...5.mp4?dl=0

any idea how to change it? can i do it myself or i should go to service.

the problem is that car started to give lots of black smoke and it seems it lost 50 kw..

i hope it is only tube...

8A595 is a coolant hose, not part of the induction system, as far as that diagram is concerned. The yellow-marked pipe is the cylinder head coolant pipe.

The induction system is shown here (note that there are two turbos but only one shown in the diagram):

Presumably you moved something else whilst doing the work and that sorted the problem - a loose connection somewhere for example. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Looking at it again, is that the variable interconnect pipe? If so mea culpa and I stand corrected Embarassed 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
