So I had a spare morning and after climbing under the motor and seeing what was evolved in doing the anti roll bar bushes on the dynamic arb I thought I'd tackle them myself and I have to say it was reasonably easy, I drove it on to some wooden posts and with a few tools it was done in just 1.5 hours, here are a few pics of how it went and the tools needed to do it. Not sure how the garage can say a special tool is needed and the prop needs removing as I didn't need to.
