Do any members have any experience in dealing with SVO?

I'd like to order a new RRS but would like to specify a non standard paint colour.

I've tried two dealers who know nothing about what SVO do and I've called the number on the website for SVO twice, left details and have still yet to receive any contact.

I'm trying to find out if the bespoke paint options are simply other JLR colours or if they will paint your car a colour of your choice from any manufacturer for a fee. If so, what is that fee?

Ideally I'd like to order a RRS painted Aston Martin Amethyst Red.

Well, I'm aware of someone ordering a SVR in a bespoke green, and the uplift was £10k apparently!

Would you happen to know if the "bespoke green" was a JLR colour or something organised especially?

The £10K mentioned earlier in this thread is correct and applies to any paint colour that has been released to the refinish world and not protected under licence.

We have four potentials that we like the look of but I'm currently searching for samples before I make a final decision.

He's currently checking if Aston Martin Amethyst Red is available to them.

We also have three further options that we're looking at, all Bentley colours:-

Damson
Violette
Black Velvet

My business partner thinks I'm bonkers paying £10K for a paint option! (He's currently looking at Audi R8's!)

This will most likely be on a 3.0 HSE Dynamic as most of the spec of an Autobiography just isn't relevant to us. I'd prefer to spend the money on something that really did it for me. A nice paint job is top of my shopping list.
