Watch out for cracks, BMW wheels are renowned for them, I had to buy a new rear 20" wheel for my old X5 (Ł500) which had cracked, 3 series (19's) ones are worse I've seen loads cracked, very poor standard BMW wheels are. Exclamation Current RRS 2.7 (de-badged Black) & 335i Cab for the sunny days.

I have put BMW X5 17" rims on my RRS - they need different wheel nuts but work fine.

Cheers

very smart! what are the odds on bmw 22'' rims fitting a RRS? haven't found any that really catch my eye yet but seeing what other types of wheels are out there!! although there are a few aftermarket brands that say fit bmw that do look smart!! but aren't compatible for RRS

Seeing as an X5 is somewhat lighter than an RRS I would be concerned that the BMW wheels were strong enough for the RRS, also you might find the RRS’s ride becomes harsher than you are used to going up to 22” - have you thought about fitting OEM 22’s from an L494 RRS2? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Picking up Tim’s point, you should be able to find the load rating for your wheels on the inside spokes. You certainly don’t want them to collapse on you not to mention the risk re insurance being void. Sorry to spoil the fun but these are the things that keep you going in the right direction safely Thumbs Up Robin

Looks like the rear tyres are sticking out past the body work, or is it an optical illusion ??? In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures
Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.
