Dealer can tell you if you ask as they can see it on their system, they won't offer this info proactively.

I have a mate at JLR.

System states estimated delivery to dealer as 4th September BUT they are subject to transport company, then PDI etc etc...

Be interesting to see how the dates pan out from here on in, as as soon as I collect it, I am driving 10 minute up the road to hand it over for New Car Protection detail and ceramic coating for a few days. MY16 SDV6 AB Dynamic Stealth

Car arrived at dealer later yesterday afternoon, so nearly a week since requested.

Handover arranged for Friday, then straight off to my detailer for the weekend.

Dealer is under strict instruction not to wash it at all and leave protective films in place... will be interested to see if this actually happens!  MY16 SDV6 AB Dynamic Stealth

Detailing any car makes a huge difference and protects them. Mine will be done.

It's mosreso the ceramic coating that I am having applied. Will make it easier to wash as repels water and dirt so much more for longer than anything else I have seen.

That goes for not just paintwork but glass and wheels too.

Bad luck Dave777, ever since Crawley tried to bullshit me with dates, I knew I couldn't trust them. Was just lucky I had a mate who could proove it.

The interesting thing I have noticed is that it has run pretty much spot on to what I was told back in April, when I could proove Pulborough were being honest with me....after telling them re crawley, they knew not to feed me rubbish.
