Hello all,

I'm new to the forum and new to owning a RRS, only bought it last October (56 plate)

Really hoping I can get some advice on a 'noise' that's started over the last few days.
When the engine is idling, stopped in traffic etc there's a noticable rattling noise coming from the engine area, weird thing is that when I accelerate, it disappears only to reappear when I stop again.

I called Land Rover (I'm awaiting the abuse already) and described the noise to them, they said it might be a loose heat shield causing vibration which can sound like a rattle in the engine area.

Have any of you come across this?
