Went over to Listers last week end to let Mrs MDP look around and take for a spin their 3.2 TT [ as hers is only weeks away ] she can't wait !

So, whilst over there I had a look around what was for sale......... and.....

really took the fancy of A6 4.2 quattro Avant S LineIt was absolutely fully loaded with every option going - it was also Geoff Listers own car [ Listers Audi ] It was in Phantom Black - black leather etc etc

really thought about changing & even had a chat with Kam on figures. But JESUS ............. best offer on my S/C was £46k

The Audi was up at 49 - but prepared to drop to £46k ..... it was £55k list when it was new in March 06. can't believe it would have cost me more to swap to this

Well they can all sod off No ones having my foghterbomber for that sort of dosh! GET YOUR OWN !

The only thing I really miss having driven te A6 is the quality of the interior in the Audis.

Decided this was a NO goer - poor residuals - also offered crap p/x on mine - but .............

Dealer just phoned back - now offering 2yrs free servicing.

Pha... what use is that to me ..... I dont travel many miles and the audis variable servicing schedule will probably mean i'll never use it !

Swap your Mrs' Volvo Petrol to a diesel D3.. then make the plunge from your diesel RRS to the SC Petrol RRS.. that way you can still use the D3 off road, and cane the RRS SC about..

Like me and my families cars.. when i got the RS4 i switched everyone else's car to a diesel, now i've got a 335d coming, may switch the A8 back to something a bit quicker! hmm.. M5? New S6.. my dad wouldn't even notice the performance, but would notice the consumption though..

Have u made any silly offers yet? if it was their own car, they may have a massive write down allowance on it.. free servicing.. i don't do servicing.. if they offered me that.. i wouldn't go for it either..

I've been to the bar that this whole Tarrant episode took place - it's a real pick up joint for 40ish women! The best bit there is the mens loo which has a mirror which you can see out onto the bar whilst you pee but the people in the bar cann't see in! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
