For all of you who have read my previous posts you will know my opinion of LPR wasn't that great, however since the return of James and his post of the relevant contacts in each department I contacted the Parts Manager (Andy) for a price on a battery (had a warning message appear few times in relation to the park break when hadn't used the car for a couple of days, so I put the IID tool in and it read 11v). I thought I should replace before the weather gets even colder. Anyway, very quick responses and very good price so its a thumbs up and thanks to Andy, I now need to see if the service dept. has improved.
