PCP

Bought first outright, PCP'd next two and about to #4.

Money can work elsewhere for you on PCP, Purchase - it is tied up and the big unknown on decpreciation at the end...

PCP you know your numbers and the benefit is at the end you can purchase and sell on if there is money in it.

Thumbs Up I'd always owned outright until RRS #2 when the penny dropped - PCP not really any different to traditional ownership on a bank loan and finance is good at the mo.

I can recommend James and Barry at Lookers Park Royal if the questions is RRS related Laughing

Have a play on contracthireandleasing.com then go elsewhere...

I used 3+35 which is 3 months deposit over effectively 3 years.

You'll need around £3K deposit then I'll find you a nice B2L house up here with your £27K deposit and manage it for you Laughing

Definitely speak to James or Barry at Park Royal - don't forget to mention my name Whistle (Mark)

£1000 a month excluding insurance for 3 years = £36k plus £1500 insurance
then what happens, you give the car back? 2006 RRS Supercharged 4.2 HST muthuaflecka!

Hi Andy, if you go onto the main Land Rover web page and choose "sport" and then "build your own" there is a finance calculator there for traditional hire purchase as well as PCP. You can choose your deposit and length of agreement and mileage and get an instant quote. It will show you the GFV as well as your payments

Andy - that's a personal decision I think but my logic was that that £30K depreciates at an unknown rate but will always be worth less, find an amount per month you are happy with and you know where you stand. At the end on PCP you know that you'll need to either walk away, refinance a new one again or if the figures fit - buy it and either keep it or trade it in and pocket the difference.
