I'll leave that for others to answer but if you search this forum there are many opinions available. I love my TDV8 but they do seem to have the ability to explode and eat their turbo's at random even though I and many others have not had a problem. A decent warranty protects you from this.

All you can do is check everything works appropriately but be aware that things tend to go wrong out of the blue. Suspension should raise and lower a couple of times before it slows down. If not, suspect a tired compressor. If you can see a full pack of receipts for work done etc. then that'll be helpful. A load of stamps in the service book alone won't tell you much to be honest. Having said that, make sure that services have been done at 15k miles or 12 months whichever is sooner - you want at least one service a year. If they do more than 15k miles a year then there should be more frequent services in the records.

I have found a SC RRS with 34000 miles on it and 6 LR stamps in the book. Are these belt driven and if so would it need doing on the year considering the low mileage??

The S/C is chain drive for the camshafts. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I have moved from the Disco 3/4 site, the TDV6 is a soft engine with well documented oil pump failures at the belt tentioner, I have just done a overhaul on mine and the idlers and belt tensioners all are prone to high wear.

On the air suspension one other important test that should be done is to let the vehicle stand at normal ride height for 24 hours and check the suspension hasn't dramatically dropped, a slight drop maybe normal depending on how level the ground is but yea my RRS drops on the back side around 24 hours part of the vehicle is almost on the bump stops this isn't detectable unless you just leave it sit without starting and re pressuring the air suspension system.
