Autobiography 2012 seat memory

Just traded our 2007 sport for the 2012. The old monster remembered the seat positions from the keyfob, I don't seem to be able to do this on the new one. Does anyone know if this is possible I can't find any reference to this in the owners book. Any help appreciated. Current RRS Autobiography TDV6

Current 2014 Lexus GS300H Premiere

If I remember right you can only program by the memory buttons, you have to press M on the door adjust the seat to your position then press either Memory 1 to 4. Think it also lets you adjust the mirrors as well.
