Ordered in January from same dealer!

I guess the current wheel nut issue may have slowed everything down????

Thanks for info on seats. Someone said the paddle shifts are a bit plasticky so £50 for posh ones seemed good? Not seen them?

Dave

My bad. I was thinking of the red ones - £400 or something. Still don't think I would bother.

Haven't been in touch since I ordered so could have changed I suppose. Seem to be a lot of demand.

I got October build!!!! I can't believe that they went from May to October in 3 weeks! I wonder if its an allocation issue and they've run out of allocations at Harwoods?

Hi guys,

I have just ordered my first RRS HSE dynamic 3.0 SDV6 for delivery in May...maybe!

I posted on the RRS2 forum but quite quiet there and just found this one. One of the members here helped me there I think (Viper).

As this is my first ever JLR product can I check I have ordered all the important toys please.

Gone for Aleutian silver with contrast panoramic sliding roof in black.

Stealth pack with 22" satin black wheels
Red Brembos
Power mirrors
Adaptive Xenons
Privacy Glass
Full size spare wheel
Black roof rails
Load through seats
Ebony/cirrus with ebony seats
Grand black wood finisher
Heated steering wheel
Premium carpet mats
Noble paddle shift
Twin sunvisor
Surround cameras
Blind spot monitoring with reverse sensing
Meridian 825 watt system

Is there anything I should have as well? Thought about climate seats? and thought about parking system but my wife is quite good at parking so didn't. Liked the idea of 360 park distance control? Can it reverse into a garage with the perpendicular parking option?

The dealer had an Aleutian silver one and it looked great. Was going to get black the Yulong white then this!!!

Any ideas among you experts?

Cheers and can't wait to join this exclusive club. Hoping for May.

Dave

Me too. Hope it matches the pictures.

Although I hope I don't have to wait until October now. The dealer did say I had to decide as they were running out of their allocation. I assumed it was sales talk but maybe not.

That's great news viper. Will keep my fingers crossed.

Does anyone know the difference between the option 18 way seats and the standard 16 way. The dealer wasn't sure. The 16 way ones seem new? Were they are 14 way originally. I just hope the leather fits too!

That's brilliant thanks.

Seems to add power headrest and cushion extension.

I never used the cushion extension on my BMW and not sure I would use power headrests. Saves me changing the spec!

Thanks

Dave, cracking choice of colour, and not your common silver. Some say it might be a bit marmite but I love it as it's a bit like holographic/flic paint depending on the angle/sun it's viewed from.

Highly recommend changing the RR lettering to black though (as in my gallery pics) as it works much better with the other black trim.... Cancel that I see you've gone for Stealth Pack so already sorted! I wanted Stealth Pack but it would have delayed my order 3-4 months at the time to get an MY15. It'll look superb, bet you can't wait. SOLD - 15 plate Estoril SVR

SOLD - 64 plate Aleutian Silver Supercharged

SOLD - 63 plate Corris SDV6 Autobiography

Thanks Dickie.

We wanted a black RRS with the stealth pack originally but was maybe too gangster for Sussex! The went for Fuji or yulong White like in the brochure showing the stealth pack.

The dealer had two in Aleutian silver and my wife loved it. Had a silver car once before but this seems to have a nice blue flip in it. Hoping for May delivery. Wish mine was an S/C though! Too much talk of SVRs on her making me jealous. Although with the new 306bhp engine it should go well. More power than my old TVR!

Cheers

Dave

Not too Gangster for the 'Herts Massive'........ Very Happy

Love your choice but for some reason my last couple of cars have been black on black and it suits my mood - most days.....
