I may be looking at a new windscreen

My 2006 2.7 HSE has windscreen issue. Only half the screen clears in defrosting mode, fuse is ok. Passenger side clears, but drivers side doesn't. I have Landrover insurance on the vehicle which covers repairs/replacement (subject to excess)

It might be related to my water leak into the passenger foot well. MOT is being done on Friday @ local dealership.
