Boost/Jump Start device

I am thinking of getting a jump starter from Machine Mart for occasional use on my narrowboat and RRS if ever required.

I have seen the Clarke Jump Start 4000 which is listed as having 1500A peak output and 700A boost but I'm not sure how these figures relate to the battery usually fitted to a TDV6 3.0 RRS. I think the battery has a 950A CCA so is this covered by the 1500A peak output?

Can anybody help clarify for me?

Has anyone got experience of the Jump Start 4000?
