G/day looking for some advice here

Do you know if it possible to fit 06-09 Landrover Range Rover Sport Stainless 3in Side Step Nerf Bars (USA listing ) to a 2010 RRS.

As I understand it Nerf bars are simply chrome metal bars with or without rubber for non slip on the top of them. See item number eBay Item No. 251766224753 as an example from ebay.com.au

All the adds say that 2006-2009 will not fit the 2010, yet side steps are advertised as fitting 2005-2013 & I presume that they use the same mounting points?

Any info would be welcome, thanks in adance
