Yep doesn't arrive till Dec 23rd though unfortunately, although im in Dubai then, so won't pickup unless they lend it me early till Jan 1st 2007.

Have to drive the C220 CDI around between Nov and Jan then.. oh well.. not an RS4.. but at least i'll do my bit for the planet for a while (like i did with the saab) and get about 30mpg!

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Santorini Black

Hi Kam.

335d hey

I have just collected my 535d M Sport. I have had it 4 days now and i just want to drive it all day long......that engine is awesome, the car is mental for a 35mpg diesel. I just wish they had some some of those engines to land rover.

sorry boys but i am back to been a big BMW fan again.

oh and sorry to rub it in but i am having the fully intergrated ipod adaptor fitted this week that will allow me to view and control the idod via I-Drive.

come on land Rover keep up and i might come back.

next car will be the new X5 in April and then the M sport version later in the year.

Neil i hope you enjoy your car..
It annoys me the way that Bmw bring out the SE's first then the Sports..!! talked to death really by me before, but i get annoyed, when they bring out new models, and after a year the residuals crash as EVERYONE wants the sport model..

Look at old X5.. Sport command much higher prices then the plain looking Se's! same with all the models, apart from the 7, where people don't really care as long as alloys ok.

Congrats, Neil.... I too am considering the move back to BMW right now and the 535d is set in my sights. I took both the saloon and the Touring versions out for spins recently to refresh my memory and it is a fantastic car. More torque than an M5 if I remember... managed to test on several occasions that the traction control light worked Wink I like the Sports, but think they only work in particular colours but then we all know how subjective that is. I took out a wicked looking black/black/privacy with those 19s... very nice.

That BMW iPod integration is really the way to do it - it will only be a matter of time before all the other marques do a similar thing.

Got any pics for us other BMW fans? Very Happy

Nice fine and dandy the new X5, but it won't do the hill at Tixover that your RRS went up on Stormers. Horses for courses I guess, as the saying goes you may go faster, but I can go anywhere.

Couldn't get used to the gearbox of the m5. Banging Head
