DETERMINE MODEL YEAR FROM VIN NUMBER

As per title.
The 10th character in the car that I'm looking at is a C.

The only tables I can find show 5 as 2005, 6 as 2006 and so on.

Hoping that 2010 = A, 2011 = B, 2012 = C, but would like someone to confirm.
