Headlamp unit electrical issues

Hi Guys, new user here
I've had my RRS for about a year and not really too many issues with it until yesterday
Went for MOT, passed, but guy noticed the back left brake bulb gone (i got it changed my halfords only 3 months ago!) but when he changed it he then noticed the front driver head light not working
He then took out the unit and couldn't see anything wrong but then took the top off the main headlight cover and found the unit wasn't "twisted and locked" onto the bulb if you know what i mean.
So i was left with no driver headlight, or indicator. Also now when you press the horn it doesn't work and message on dash says "bonnet open"
Nightmare!
Trying to figure it out myself this afternoon i've found why that unit wouldn't twist in onto of the bulb which was because the the inner seal not ligning up. Great i though! but still all problems remain... Big Cry
Anyone got any ideas on issue with the headlight and indicator issue, and also the horn issue!
Appreciate any help!
Thanks!
