United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Bonatti Grey
Rechargeable Torch

Hi, I like the idea of having a rechargeable torch in the boot of my RRS.

I see Land Rover do this:

http://accessories.landrover.com/gl/en/ran...ble-torch/

Is there any reason that this can not be fitted in the boot of my 2006 RRS ?

Can I fit it on the left side panel near the 12v socket?

I know its expensive, is there another one available that anyone knows of ?

Many thanks in advance. 2006 RRS SC Bonatti Grey (the 55th car/van I have owned)

I prefer to have it ready to hand and keep one of these in the glove box.

They are incredibly powerful and the batteries last for ages.

I have one of the cheap aluminium-bodied LED torches you find in camping shops. I keep it in the upper glove box.

I recently picked up a LED worklight from Wickes. It's got a magnet on the back and it's really powerful for what it is. I think you could drive by it in an emergency. Certainly, when I use it to check on the horses you can see 100 yards easily. Cheap as you like and only uses 3 AA batteries. I'm tempted to pick up another couple of them and put one in each car. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Maglite with spares + LED miners lamp in the glovebox - Miners lamp a must for a wheel change in the dark.

Thumbs Up

I have a normal torch that I can put in the car but I liked the idea of a permanently fitted one that is always on charge. 2006 RRS SC Bonatti Grey (the 55th car/van I have owned)
