Disco or RRS

Hi all, just joined to get some good advice before i take the plunge. im currently a disco 3 owner and for weeks ive been looking at RRS 3.0 Now i know these are lovely vehicles but im wondering if you guys to tell me if im going to get more trouble than a disco seeing that the RRS maybe more complex. Or would you say about the same. My disco does about 26 mpg. 2.7 TDV6 ive heard that the 30 is fare more superior than tge Peugeot engine. Looking for the lastest 59 model with the new dash layout. Many thanks.
Colin

2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Java Black

My old man has had more problems with his 3.0 D4 than I've had with my 3.0 RRS but then his spends the winter off road around the farm. I don't think there's anything between the models in terms of reliability, they can both be a but twitchy.

You ought to make your choice based on what you want. I love both vehicles, the D4 is much more practice and people let you out at junctions, but the RRS is a much nicer place to be on a cruise, I love the way it cocoons you. Also the RRS is a bit firmer over bumps but it's less wallowly in the corners.

I'm current,y in two minds about swapping my RRS for a D4 because I want more practicality, but they're a lot of money these days..
