Noisy power tailgate operation

Hi all, has anyone else experienced noisy and slow power tailgate problems?
Mine sounds Like a right bag of nails when I use it. Does anyone know of a fix or if it would be covered on warranty?

It will be covered by warranty. Mine had 2 new struts at 3 weeks old, due to them not allowing the tailgate to close properly. Shocked
