Did you have any broke wires?
U codes are generally communication codes wich would indicate a wiring fault still.

Cheers mate.

Code has changed.

Plenty of broken wires. Once fiddled with my dash was a Xmas tree. Sorted now.

Only steady yellow p symbol up now but garage has told me its a code they cannot read on there snap on machine.

Not a 'U' code any longer.

Need to plug it into a land river machine.
