Wheels done to death but?

Right firstly is there any problem fitting 22" to and 07 RRS?

And im trying to decide what winter tyres to go for there seems to be loads of different types of pirelli scorpion's Ive seen them advertised as snow and ice and as winter tyre are these both the same tyre or 2 different ones? As the tread in the pics does look different.

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

Pirelli Scorpion is a whole family of tyres. There are summer tyres, all season tyres and winter tyres.

The "Scorpion Snow and Ice" is a winter tyre. The "Scorpion Winter" is a winter tyre. Not sure they both cover the same size and load/speed range so check carefully.
The "Scorpion Verde all-season" is, well, an all-season tyre.
The rest of them are basically summer tyres.

You will find most SUV tyres are marked as "M&S" (Mud and Snow) but this is not an indication of their winter ability - it's just an indication that there is a greater proportion of area of grooves to blocks.

As for fitting 22inch wheels - lots of people do. If yours was fitted with 20 inch wheels from the factory then it should be fine. Early versions fitted with 19inch wheels didn't have the, later, damped steering rack. These might have problems with bigger diameter wheels.

As usual, if you fit non-standard wheels you should talk to your insurance company. It would be annoying to have them reject a claim on the basis of an unauthorised modification. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
