empty tank... fuel cap snapped off... stuck

As above. Pulled up at service station to fill up. Fuel cap was being unusually reluctant to come out and I gave it a little force before it snapped.

Has anyone had this before? I don't even know where to begin. 07 TDV8 + BAS map
