IMO they look hideous ......and safety wise, would you really want to be in a 2.5 tonne 4x4 with stretched tyres.....I know I'd not take the risk with my nearest and dearest ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

275/40 R20 would look great! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

I think there is more chance of an under inflated tyre coming off the rim than a stretched one. Also I hope the people who believe that tyres are the number one safety product don't have cheap tyres fitted!
