Tyre stretching

Was at a meet and met someone with stretched tyres ... Looked nice ! Any recommendations on what to get for 20" wheels

IMO they look hideous ......and safety wise, would you really want to be in a 2.5 tonne 4x4 with stretched tyres.....I know I'd not take the risk with my nearest and dearest Thumbs Up ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

You'd be daft and your insurers would run a mile if they ever found out.

It's quite likely they will pull off the rim under cornering. The tyre will then deflate rapidly, it will leave the rim and you'll leave the road !!!

In this case " a fool and his life can soon be parted ".

275/40 R20 would look great! Whistle 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I think there is more chance of an under inflated tyre coming off the rim than a stretched one. Also I hope the people who believe that tyres are the number one safety product don't have cheap tyres fitted!

The anti modified people will love how we fit stretched tyres
