Hi everyone, I have just purchased a 2005 rrs with 85k and full service history and was having a look at all the warranty threads on here, I called up warrant direct they have quoted me £675 and the package is called the (performance & prestige secure care) and covers,unlimited claims, max limit to value of car,wear and tear, parts and labour ( I pay 50% of parts) and £50 excess,
After reading through the paper work I noticed that the suspension is not covered neither are the anti roll bar bushes or intercooler, having called them back they told me because of the age of the car they could not cover any of these components or upgrade due to it being an older model, after reading the threads on here a few of you have had new suspension compressors, anti roll bushes and intercoolers,does anybody have an 2005 or 2006 rrs with a similar package to cover the parts listed above from warranty direct, any help much appreciated as ime not sure if they are just fobbing me of to pay the price quoted, thanks very much for any help with this

Hi, save your money and keep the £675 for repairs. I used them and they are rob dogs in my opinion. I had a fault on my old RRS SC and they wangled out of paying for it. They claimed it was wear and tear, although I had a letter from Taggerts saying it was a mechanical breakdown.
I understand what they are saying about suspension parts as W&T but save your money. 2017 Range Rover Sport HSE

Hi mate- mines a 55 plate and warranty direct have recently paid for an intercooler, wherl bearing and suspension lower wishbones. They also cover the suspension. I paid £645 for 13 months.
