I think the RRS 19's are fine with the standard tyre on a D3 but if you intend to put MTR's on they are too big! I'm not 100% sure on this! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Thanks for the tip, I am planning to put Cooper STT's on the 17" rims and keep the 19" for road use. Andy

Well I've got a set of RRS 19's but I now want a set of 18's so there's potential for a deal! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Ah, found out that the tyre fitted to the RRS is a 255/50/19 whereas a Disco 3 needs a 255/55/19, so unless anyone has a set of rims only for sale it's a no-go Andy

The 19" RRS alloy/tyre is a straight swap onto Disco3 no problem at all.

Althought the wheel fits, the tyres are slightly smaller resulting in a 3% speedo inaccuracy. Not a major issue but I saw one at my dealer with them fitted and the tyres do look too small. On with the hunt for some D3 HSE Wheels! Andy D4 SDV6 HSE |
