preparing my next project, quite fancy the ability for anyone to start streaming music from their phones without cable or fm transmitters. This device from griffin would seem to fit the bill. i don't want to take up the 12V socket however so thought i could fit it under the centre console. this way i could connect the jack straight into the back of the stereo (via female-RCA jack jobby).

question is, how do i tap into the power socket from underneath without modifying the griffin device? seems like i'd need a female 12V power connector where the other end is loose wires that i can then connect to the power wires? ideas? 07 TDV8 + BAS map
