separate headlight housing from chrom shield with lamps

good evening all, sorry for my dummy question. I try to separate the housing of my headlights from the chrome shield on which the lamps are installed. I am stuck with the 2 white screws that hold the shield and are used to adjust the headlights (see photos attached)
