Where near Norfolk or KENT can I get Timed Heat activated

Is this something a main dealer can do? The one I spoke to in Norwich wasn't sure they could do it.

It allows you to have the heater start automatically at a specified time to warm the vehicle before you get in

It's an option popular with those who live in colder climates
