Personally, I wouldn't register it in December - I'd wait til January (for resale value). |

I also have the same dilemma. Mine is due to arrive at my dealer the week before Christmas (subject to no quality control hold ups!) and I am undecided about taking it then or waiting until the new year. I plan to keep mine for at least 3 years so not sure if it will make any difference to the residual value by the time I sell it. I guess all Supercharged versions would have bombed by then Jas |

When I collected mine 2 weeks ago dealer said they had quite a few orders held back for quality control but he had no idea what the cause was and no information could be obtained from LR

How much difference will it really make? Get it now and enjoy it! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

My new Supercharged finished being built on 13 Oct. I'm collecting it tomorrow (14 Nov) which was the first opportunity dealer said I could. It was held up at the factory for 2-3 weeks for some unknown reason - I'm guessing another parts shortage.
