hi.i had to do this on a shogun a few years ago ,i used a chisel,managed eventually to split the nut.luckily didn't damage the thread.not sure how garages do this but it worked for me |

same happened to me on 2 of my sport wheels ,was a nightmare i had to weld the locking nut on to the wheel nut with great difficulty and got them off silverRRS 2.7 TDV6 22"WHEELS FULL COLOUR CODE,STEPS,REMAP..gone

had the same as this on a friends smart car i had to tig weld a bolt to all of them so we could undo them very dificault
