.....but can anybody tell me exactly what the Land Rover InControl Apps that will be available on MY 2015 RRSs enable you to do?

I'm not sure I'm afraid but it's a bit odd that the In-Control option on the MY14.5 sends data to your mobile regarding is the car locked, fuel level, location etc. I've ordered it on my Supercharged arriving in Oct but am a little concerned as it's a £1000 option as opposed to the £300 Option for In-Control Apps on MY15 cars…..

Does that mean my system will be better? I very much doubt it!

I think they have split the Apps from the Secure functionality. Secure is the tracking, location, status etc. Apps is the, well, apps (running SmartPhone Apps from the touch screen). On my brother's LWB, Secure works fine. Apps do not, yet. Do you have a date for production for October as the change-over to MY15 happens then.

Sadly my order is the last of the 14.5MY to be built - think it leaves the factory on 29 Sept. I did try to add the Stealth Pack and a few other bits but was told these were for 15MY only. They'd also already locked down my 14.5MY order, before the original date they said they would, so I couldn't actually make any changes - even though I wanted to add £2-3k's worth of options!

If I wanted the Stealth Pack I'd have to cancel my order then resubmit and be at the back of the queue for a 15MY - sometime Q1 2015! Very frustrating to have the dates for spec changes brought forward without telling me and perhaps more frsutrating that I'm only going to miss the 15MY build date by a matter of days! SOLD - 15 plate Estoril SVR
