Your nearest one is the cigar lighter socket, but the easiest one is on the CJB fuse 53 I think, it should be empty with no fuse in it. Or fuse 41 which is a battery live.

Would it not be easier and "better" to resolve the fault. 2010 RRS HSE 3.0 tdv6 2010MY

As an update, I picked up the lighter socket supply and ground, stuck a relay in-line on the iPod kit live (behind the radio) and hey-presto all is working OK!
