Did this on Friday to access DVD Player so only removed offside but look like they are both the same. You have to fold back seats down and remove luggage blind (if fitted) then using a 6 mm allen key remove both chrome luggage retaining loops this allows you to lift up and remove the carpeted plastic trim panel beneath them. you then just pull the side panel nice and gently and it will release the plastic trim clips behind, peel back the rubber door and tailgate seals and the panel will come free. you have to remove the plug from the boot space interior light if doing that side and want to remove the panel completely.
