Vibrating Problem

Hi Guys,

I’m looking for some advice.

I have an 09 RRS HSE, I purchased from an independent LR dealer a year ago, when I picked it up its was fully serviced and had new brake pads and discs fitted. After about 2-3 months I started to get a vibration through my steering wheel, over time it started to get progressively worse. I went back under warranty and they test drove it and said that the front discs were warped. So another 3 months have passed and guess what the same again. So I go back and they tell me it’s the front discs warped again and I get another set replaced under warranty.

Over the last few week the vibrating has started again, and here I go back to the garage. (This would be 4 sets of discs/pads in a year) I causally drive to work, stuck in traffic so it’s not the way I drive, that’s for sure.

When the discs/pads are replaced, there is a very faint, almost nothing feedback from steering wheel.. But over time it gets worse before I have to have my discs/pads replaced and it clears.

Any thoughts to my problem?

England 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Santorini Black

Not original disks!!
I had the same issue with a BMW 7 where a local indi put non genuine on and they worped (twice) in as many weeks...
The third set he put on were genuine BMW and then it was fine untill they wore out.

I always insist everything is genuine now!
