Brembo tidy

I know there's a few of these threads but wanted to share my first effort at Brembo tidy up! I've had a few cars with Brembo brakes and it never ceases to amaze me how crappy the finish is!

Mine were in standard state:



A quick wire brush then 15 minutes masking prior to 3 coats of smooth red hammerite. Brembo transfers came today (sent me 12 for some reason!) and are supposed to be heat resistant. Stuck em on and hey presto:







Needs the front discs doing next. They're almost new but rusty as hell. What are we using to paint/ colour? Range Rover Sport HSE DYnamic SDV6 Velocity blue 2020 MY

I painted my bells matt black, rubbed down, panel wiped, tacky ragged, then 3 coats of primer, then 5 coats of paint. Painted my calipers red at the same time, and they still look brand new 2 years later. unlike the brakes brembo are turning out on the new RRS2... Whistle

Good job , transformation . ... mine are the same .....Where did you get the Brembo stickers ? I feel a weekend job coming on .. !! TDV8 HSE....Gone but not forgotten ....class act

England 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Fuji White

I used Red engine enamel on mine, it's heat resistant and only cost about £3. Only gave them 2 coats and stickers from E bay
They looked great and were still like new after 18 months when i sold the RRS. To think Landrover want around £100 for coloured Calipers on new orders itisme
