Hi there, I am just about to buy a 59 plate face lift RRS from Stratstone Land Rover.
What should I ask for to be included in the sale, warranty, tax, tank of fuel etc

If it's an Approved Land Rover then it should come with LR's Approved Warranty anyway. Otherwise it'll come with the LR Select Warranty.

A tank of fuel would be nice.

The most important thing is to go over the vehicle and get any faults sorted before you hand over the money. Check everything works properly. Check the tyres for condition and correct load/speed rating (106V minimum) - I saw one at a LR dealer(!) with load ratings that were too low. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Warranty is a given, tank of fuel maybe, tax would be doubtful bearing in mind the cost.
As said already I'd be more concerned about making sure everything works and suspension doesn't knock.
Make sure it has a spare and front and rear lights are present

A lot will depend on whether you've hammered them on price. If you are considering giving what they're asking then as a minimum id hit them with mats, fuel and tax. Just don't let your guard down just because you are buying an approved used LR,

The one i purchased had a fair few things wrong with it.

Check the wipers are not worn, they seem to always be no good,,
