No I just want to get things fixed but obviously don't want to pay. Next step is probably a surveyor - what sort of cost are we looking at and how do I find a good one? 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Waiting for a reply from the NHBC - I decided to email them so that I could state the case better. When you talk over the phone I find the point doesn't come across so well!

Funny how things like this happen. I just had a call from my developer who informs me that the builders have admitted they F'd up and will put things right. Obviously I want this in writing. No contact with him and the NHBC been made and I had just sent him a nasty email 5 minutes before he rang, he said he hadn't seen it because he's out on the road! Wait till he gets back to the office |
