Actually , apart from the LCD technology the car is fantastic !

I do agree. There's a huge difference between the TFT display used for the instrument panel and that used for the infotainment and SatNav system. No one is expecting LR to develop their own technology - they simply buy it in from a supplier - but I do not understand why they don't specify a better quality. The cost would be relatively small. I would be surprised if the 2015 MY will change anything, in spite of those "in the know" here suggesting otherwise.

The Infotainment screens in my car are fine IMO. Arrived: MY16 A/B SDV6 in Aruba, Ivory interior, piano black trim, black panoramic roof, spare wheel, blind spot monitoring, mudlaps and more...

It would be an improvement if the TFT display allowed for more user confuguration.
